Fertitta Interactive has purchased the assets of CyberArts, an online gaming solutions company based in Oakland, California. SpadeClub closes doors, migrates players to ZEN Network Subscription-based poker room SpadeClub has shut down and players from the site will be migrated to the Zen Entertainment Network.
